Rex Jones — Commercial Photographer
Commercial, adventure, hospitality, and industrial photography for brands across the American West.
I shoot for tourism boards, resorts, outdoor brands, powersports companies, and the marketing teams who hire them. My work runs on hard Western light and frames that pull the viewer into the shot instead of watching it from outside. Based in Colorado Springs. Working across Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and wherever the project lives.
Industries
I work with brands across six industries where strong commercial photography moves revenue. If your company lives in one of these worlds, we are probably a fit.
Resorts & Hospitality
Resorts, lodges, and hospitality brands that need guest-experience imagery that actually books rooms.
Adventure & Powersports
RZR, jeep, helicopter, and watercraft operators running experiences in big landscapes.
Outdoor Brands
Resorts, lodges, and hospitality brands that need guest-experience imagery that actually books rooms.
Food & Beverage
Restaurants, coffee brands, breweries, and CPG companies that sell a lifestyle alongside the product.
Industrial & Manufacturing
Utilities, field services, and manufacturers who need real work documented with real craft.
Commercial & Advertising
Agencies and in-house marketing teams running campaigns that need a photographer who can produce at scale.
Also working with: health, wellness, and fitness brands | swimwear and apparel | real estate and architecture.
How I work
My clients are marketing directors, brand managers, and business owners who know what a good commercial photograph costs and who do not want to manage the photographer. The best projects I take are ones where the creative is partially figured out and the client wants someone to make it real.
Selected Writing
I write for Fstoppers on the business of photography, branding, AI in creative workflows, and the parts of this industry most photographers don’t talk about. A running feed of recent articles lives below.
