Product Demonstration Across Clinic, Gym, and Field
VO2 Master makes a portable metabolic analyzer, real-time performance and metabolic testing hardware, used by clinicians, coaches, and athletes. A device like that doesn’t photograph as a still object; it only makes sense in motion, strapped to someone mid-test. I shot it across treadmills, stationary bikes, outdoor tracks, a rock climbing wall, and clinical exam rooms in southern Utah, working with real coaches, real clinicians, and real athletes rather than posed talent.
The brief was demonstration, not decoration. Every image needed to answer “what does this thing actually do” for someone who has never seen a metabolic analyzer before, whether that person is a physician deciding whether to stock it or an athlete deciding whether to trust it.
Photography Built for Product Training and Sales
The final set covered clinical demonstration, athletic performance testing, and product training imagery, used across VO2 Master’s sales decks, customer onboarding materials, and marketing. Health technology photography has a specific job: the equipment has to look credible to a clinician and legible to an athlete who has never worn a metabolic analyzer before, often in the same image.
That meant real coaches running real tests, real clinicians walking through real consultations, and a range of settings, treadmill, stationary bike, outdoor track, climbing wall, so the device reads as something built for wherever performance actually happens, not just a lab.
