Years of Adventure Photography for a Growing Outfitter
Mad Moose Rentals was my first real commercial client, and the relationship never stopped. What started as a single unpaid campaign shoot turned into a running archive of side-by-side, jet ski, and canyoneering photography across Sand Hollow, the trails outside Zion, and Quail Reservoir, shot in bursts over several years as the company grew.
Rental fleet photography has a specific job: make someone who has never driven a side-by-side want to book one today. That means the machine kicking up real sand on a real trail, not a product shot in a parking lot, and it means covering the whole experience, solo runs, group tours, water, and the quieter overlook moments in between.

Photography Built to Sell the Adventure
The images get used across booking pages, social, and on-site signage, so they have to do double duty: look good enough to stop a scroll, and honest enough that the ride matches what got promised. That means real dust, real speed, and real terrain, shot across named trail features like Jurassic Park, Competition Hill, and Sand Hollow Beach rather than a single generic backdrop reused for everything.
A rental fleet also needs more than hero shots. Group tours need photos that make a group booking look fun rather than crowded. The mascot needs a personality, not just a logo. And the quieter moments, gear checks, overlooks, guests catching their breath, do as much to sell the experience as the action does.
